We may start therapy with wanting to solve our problems, but underneath lies a much deeper longing.

Yes, I would like to know more.

What is Jungian analysis?

Jungian analysis balances a clinical approach with openness to the deeper dimensions of the psyche. It recognises that the challenges we face often have identifiable causes while also carrying layers of symbolic meaning connected to something larger than ourselves.

Jungian analysis invites a different kind of listening. By turning toward dreams and images as guides, we begin to notice the patterns beneath our thoughts and the stories held in our bodies. Engaging with these patterns, rather than controlling or dismissing them, allows movement where we feel stuck, widening our scope, changing attitudes and deepening our sense of self. Jungian analysis does not promise quick solutions, but it can bring about quick shifts in perspective and attitude that stay because we work at the root of our issues that allows change to arise from deep within the psyche.

Carl Jung laid the foundation for this way of working, seeing the unconscious not as a place of pathology but as a living source of meaning and renewal. By attending to its language—through dreamwork, active imagination, art, bodywork, and the exploration of symbols—we create space for a steadier and clearer way of being in the world. It invites you to slow down, to deepen your presence, and to live a life rooted in connection.

Who undertakes analysis?

People often come to me when they have already tried different therapy methods, but still circle around the same issues. Feeling stuck, a sense of loss, anxiety and depression are common. I specialize in working with people who have suffered (childhood) abuse, trauma and loss.

“In our darkness we find treasures we never knew where there, or simply forgot about. Expanding into myself means I extend into life itself. There is so much more and I am grateful for each connection made.”

REVIEWS

Jan, 55

“I had many sessions with Suzanne in which she helped me descend into the deeper layers of my psyche. I always felt safe, and often left feeling surprised, joyful, and moved by the process. She has a keen understanding of the archetypal forces at play in me, and is able to guide them toward transformation."

Client

“I had tried various forms of therapy before, including regular mental healthcare, but with Suzanne I finally touched the depth I had been searching for. It’s not just the Jungian way of working with the unconscious, but also Suzanne’s clarity, precision, and care. Because of that, I’ve experienced even the painful parts of the process as nourishing and life-changing."

Anne, 42

“Early in the analysis, my panic attacks eased quickly. It’s not easy to see the patterns you’ve been stuck in for years — and sometimes it’s almost shocking how suddenly insight can come. The deeper layers took more time to surface, but Suzanne gently guided me toward what hurt. That made it bearable."

Julie, 38

“Suzanne supported me deeply during my first pregnancy. At the time, I had intense dreams. She invited me to share them, and then gently guided me through the dream — asking insightful questions and helping me become more aware of the feelings behind the images: fear, hope, grief. This helped me understand and accept my inner world more clearly. It brought me a deep sense of calm throughout my pregnancy"

Lena, 41 (Sandplay)

“Suzanne allowed our daughter to flourish in her own way. Her calm, attentive presence made a real difference – for her and for us as a family.”

Mother, 37 (Sandplay)

“Suzanne’s calm presence and the method of working in the sandtray made it easy for our child to express themselves, without pressure. Suzanne saw what was going on beneath the surface and gave it, and our child, all the space they needed."

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
